Entry A is a single entry in this class but who could resist this cute little blue eyed boy. In General Appearance he shows good length of bone at his young age with an uphill appearance to his topline, good angulation of the rear legs when viewed from the side and good width between the hocks when viewed from the rear, and appears to have good strong pasterns.

I placed this class of Nigerian Dwarf Yearling Bucks as:
C-E-B-D-A-F
Entry C places over Entry E in General Appearance. Entry C shows greater length of bone being longer in his topline especially in the chine, he has greater width between the front legs, fuller at the point of elbow, and when viewed from above shows smoother blending of the neck into the shoulders with a flatter shoulder blade.
In General Appearance Entry E places over Entry B for having higher withers, when viewed from the front a flatter more refined shoulder blade and more angulation to the rear legs when viewed from the side.
Entry B over Entry D in General Appearance. Entry B is straighter in the fore and rear legs, and has more width in his hips when viewed from the top. In Body Capacity Entry B shows more depth in the heart girth.
Entry D over Entry A in General Appearance. Entry D has more angulation of the rear legs when viewed from the side, greater length in his topline especially in the chine and his rump is more correct in slope from hips to pins, and he has a longer leaner neck.
Entry A over Entry F in General Appearance.
Entry A shows straighter in the fore and rear legs, and his shoulder blends more smoothly when viewed from the top. Entry A does yield length of bone to Entry F.
Entry F although standing last in this class, is commended for his length of bone with a nice level topline and does show good angulation to his rear legs.

Our first place yearling is well balanced throughout his general appearance. He has very good body capacity. He has substance and strength, yet remains sharp and angular in his dairy character.
Second place in his turn is a buck that really smoothly blending in his front quarter. Gotta love his topline! He exuberates dairy character, being sharp and angular throughout. A buck I wish I could put hands on to compare the openness of ribbing and quality of skin.
Third place is a buck that somewhat resembles the first place animal in general appearance. He will yield strength in smoothness of blending and straightness to his topline to the buck in second. You have to admire his body capacity and this brings points from the scorecard his way! Really love the substance of bone and strength in the set of his front legs.
The buck in fourth is very correct on his feet and legs. He will yield smoothness of blending and straightness in his topline to the bucks ahead. Another buck that is really tight at the point of elbow and sharp at the wither.
The buck standing in fifth place has a nice straight topline. I'd like to see a little more body capacity overall to place any higher in this class.
The buck in sixth has excellent depth to the flank and sharpness about the withers. I'd like to see a little more substance and strength in his framework to place him higher today.

The buck placing 1st is more smoothly blending in general appearance. He has a slight advantage in width and flatness of rump. He remains strong in substance without becoming too flat in his dairyness.
The buck in 2nd is to be commended on his dairyness and angulation. Would like to see a touch more body capacity and smoothness of blending to place him higher today.
